In March 2004, VALcoa, Inc. opened a regional office in Puerto Rico.  This regional office will be to provide diversified and cost effective solutions as well as timely support to our customers in Puerto Rico and Latin America.

Gregory L. Colacino, founder of VALcoa, Inc. has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President since its inception in 1995. Under his leadership, VALcoa has grown into a leading global provider of integrated consulting solutions. From front-end consulting and planning, to integrating, staffing, and even managing your technology solutions, we have the depth and experience to respond to your unique challenges and opportunities.

Luis C. Figueroa - Puerto Rico Regional Manager

Luis C. Figueroa, Regional Manager of VALcoa Puerto Rico operations, has an extensive background in project management, validation, and quality systems, as well as an impressive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in Puerto Rico. His previous experience includes 25 plus years in various management roles at SmithKline Beecham and ISO-QS.
